Property Council reserves the right to reproduce, publish and display entry photographs in any format or media deemed appropriate to the Awards. All photographic images may be published within the media on the event evening and in the print programme and national and regional newspapers following the Awards announcements.
Colour images must be provided via the online portal suitable for large screen audio visual and print purposes, of the submitted property. All images supplied must be of a high resolution professional quality. The images required are 'clean' (no photographer's credits or watermarks). Supply four to eight high resolution images in jpg or tiff format files.
The image subject matter should include:
- an exterior/hero shot
- several interior shots showcasing key features of the project
Property Council keeps all submitted financial data strictly confidential and only the judging panel having access to this data purely for the judging process
All submissions are kept in complete confidence and judged without bias by a panel of eminent industry professionals.

The Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Property Council reserves the right to decline to make an Award or present a certificate in any particular category. All entrants are encouraged to attend the presentation. Winners will not be announced prior to the presentation ceremonies.
